honour of hosting Barbara
Chapman, a visual merchandising
expert, for a series of workshops
with local businesses at each
of our stores. These workshops
covered how to define their brand
and how to reflect that brand in
their visual merchandising, as well
as general tips and tricks on visual
merchandising basics.
One attendee of the Birmingham
store’s workshop gave this
feedback after the event:
“The very experienced trainer
really knew her stuff and the
course content was very relevant,
full of new ideas and a real
reminder of just how important
good VM is to a retail store”
These workshops are part of our regional store team’s ongoing commitment
